These include generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder , health anxiety and depression. Using evidence to support successful treatment I am committed to helping individuals discover a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
About Mindfulness
Science has rediscovered the ancient practices of mindfulness. Research shows that training in these practices can reduce stress and depression and have significant benefits on wellbeing. Mindful awareness helps us to uncover the patterns that influence our moods and enables us to loosen the grasp these often unhelpful patterns have on us; improving emotional regulation and fostering positive mental states. At is heart mindfulness is about being more present and less judgemental with ourselves and others.
As a dedicated Mindfulness teacher trainer and supervisor, I am passionate about equipping professionals with the skills to foster resilience and mental well-being. I am committed to promoting effective, evidenced based mental health practices and nurturing a compassionate approach in the field.
“Mindfulness begins with paying attention, on purpose in the present moment, nonjudgmentally with kindness in the service of self-understanding and wisdom”.

About Mindfulness Supervision
Mindfulness supervision is a nurturing, collaborative space where mindfulness teachers can reflect on their practice, grow in confidence, and feel supported in the work they do. It offers the chance to explore the joys and challenges of teaching mindfulness with someone who truly understands the territory. Through compassionate guidance, ethical support, and shared curiosity, supervision helps teachers stay connected to their own wellbeing so they can continue to hold space for others with clarity and care. I bring warmth and extensive experience to supervision, creating a safe environment where practitioners can deepen their personal practice, develop their teaching, and feel accompanied on their ongoing mindfulness journey.
